What is the point? Most people can check their cartasi balance through the phone but the fact you know the balance doesn't mean it will tell you the vbv password, so checking the balance is useless since u can't check the vbv pass and cartasi has vbv protection, so anyone that knows his balance will still not be able to use the card since no vbv pass

They will be able to use the Cartasi cards, if they will use them in shops, that hasn't got VBV or MCS. But i agree with you, that there is no point, to pay 20dollers, if you only are going to use it in shitty shops.

Yeah sure, but they will be limited to non vbv / mcsc shops which are few and which the poster isn't providing nor has since he desperately needs Italy cc+ vbv pass himself

Yes with the phone I can check cartasi real name, real balance and statement list, but u definitely can't check vbv password. Yes not all websites ask for vbv or mcsc but only few don't ask for those and usually not profitable sites..the profitable ones like westernunion or where u can card stuff like ukash, credit ask for vbv, that is why even u are desperately in need of it cc+ vbv cos withoutvthe vbv pass, cartasi is useless to you too even though balance is known!
So like I said the service u offer is kinda of useless, cos even to you it is useless to u
