carding walmart

Today I acquired some good dumps for my area, i selected them by bin. And i checked them with a good dump checker, and they were all good.
Until i went out and tried to pay them at the register, none of them worked, they were both declined. i had 2 dumps and neither of them worked. i tried to card them at walmart.
the guy who i bought the dumps from told me they had at least somewhere between 800-2000$, and i hit the card with $713, the dumps were visa plats btw.
this is my second time going out to card... my first time was ok, im still a newbie. anyways i used the same bins as the first time.
i wanted to know if the problem here was walmart, or what? has anyone carded there lately?
i also changed the name of the track 1 to match my plastic, could that have caused the problem?

Alot of sellers resell the same dumps to multiple customers. So maybe your dumps were sold to you and someone else and they cashed them out before you.

OR

Alot of cards get declined based on region. So if your town has high fraud, they may be decined based on suspicion.

Did you buy the dumps from a vendor here?

Ps: You should skip instore and go staright to the ATMS >

walmart most likely don't hit more then 300-or 400 you will be fine

Walmart is tricky, depends on what your buying now if electronics the LP will block the card if the suspect fraud. But if it under 500 it will be good....
Closer to a big city better you will be....

Walmart does decline certain purchases, they want it to be verified over the phone on big purchases....LP is the ones that decline before the card goes through
if you could swipe it yourself it will always go through fast because if you notice the cashier will punch in a number if they feel it is fraud, so it blocks so that you can get on the phone to prove its your card.

wallys u wanna stay under $500-600 as its been said. Ive seen everything at wallys, from harding chcking anything for 2 itouches, to scratching sig strip, checking first 6, last 4, id, UV ect for 1 xbox. everything depends on region and how hot that walmart is. two swipes in different sections i find will kil cards, where i have had cards do 5-10 swipes for good amounts die instantly when done for 2x300$ in a wally. they have security int he back that does come out, just dont PayPal around for any phone calls if shit goes bad.

I've hit them for 1k-2k with eu dumps with a giftcard no problems at all.

through the front maybe, my area is extremely hot as well. there is a wally that does call for auth on anything cc over 300$ in eletronics
