correct wayt to describe 206 is "PIN ONLY TRANSACTION" , meaning of course track always request pin and by that you cannot check validity on a "checker" .

Not exactly ! 206 code is ONLY for ATM , doesnt work on shop !!!

IS it Magstripe card ( without chip ) , but with Origin Country restriction !!!
(ex: a USA card who JUST can be used INSIDE USA ) doesnt work OUT of country !
