I think there are a lot of variables to look at here that would determine quality of dumps. How dumps were acquired, age of base, how many hands it has passed onto before you get. So even having a known good bin sometime can be dead because of how base is handled.

Ive seen a bin work excellent one base, then the next base all fail.

But I have seen quality in dumps go very far down recently.

i agree 1000% with you, i had a Bin that i got of bulba for 60$
that i couldn't stop spent more than 20k before it stopped ,
bought the same bin from vendor on here used 6 and all DOA
he checked on his checker after but i checked if store before never worked!!!
