I got a replacement this morning and it works fine.
Ok so I wanted to buy an amex enroll from this guy, he said it will cost $40,, told him I'll pay $20 and he said ok. He gave me a full info (not enroll) and it had 2 dobs and no mmn And it was invalid.
I told him about it and he replaced it with another full, invalid again.. I asked him to refund but he wouldnt do it. I asked him for 20 amex ccs without cvv he said he needs time and he will get them for me. after 1 day he gave me 15 amex cvvs and all were invalid. lol..
now i'm asking him for refund, he is not giving it
I dont care about money, $20 is shit, but he is a total time waster. just my 2 cents!
