I think everyone would be a little happier if you would have posted earlier that you're working on fixing the problem and given us an ETA on when it will work again. but everyone has been waiting for weeks without any word from you.

and I tried to refill my acc with LR (back in May before you did the automated system) and you never added the balance to my acc, even though I put my username in the memo and PMed you.
