No mi Amigo, This its not posible, Each Bank have an diferent algoritm to create the second track, the first track can be generated easly, with any name you want. If You found the generator for 2nd track, mi amigo You are rich forever... Saludos! bye

ye it was possible with Citi in 2005 , but now its so hard cauze algorithm are being updated regluary , and if u get the right algo now and generate from CCs , its not even more than 2 % to get it Done .. ( i remember in the late 2006 , i was workin with s.o which works inside bank and he gets me the algo on every update , and he was obliged to memorize them and not even write them down on a paper or sms , cauze he was controllled by a so agressive sec measures .. )
