There is a source for polycarbonate but they come in sheets so you will need a die cutter. I have to look for the link, I had this discussion on another forum.

polycarbonate is not PCV, PCV is not polycarbonate. Poly carbonate cards do not come as cards you can print on. They are done in layers like teslin. The overlaminate is polycarbonate and it it fuzed to the middle layer(s).

You can buy polycarbonate sheets from chinese suppliers.

More reserach required on your part bro.
