True, but if people are dedicated, they will strive to the goal.
A lot of people will spam rubbish all over the forum just for the 200.
I think the prerequisites are acceptable.
Just stay active and be HQ, learn and teach.
If you don't learn then you can't help others.

Posts: 200
Registration: more than 3 months

In VIP section of a large number of private information, software, themes to work, etc.
All this is not available for general viewing. Stand for public is strictly prohibited!
You can also apply for free provision of the account to a private forum CSU.

P.S.
In VIP section can be reached at any of following items:
Presence of an account on private forum CSU + 1 article about carding
Write helpful articles on subject of forum or positive active on forum.

if all this are in the VIP section why not grant paid access, than making people lose money in public shitty method ?, or is there not Vip section
