VIP section (how to get?)

In order to get into VIP section of forum you need to dial:

Reputation: 70
Posts: 400
Registration: more than 3 months

In VIP section of a large number of private information, software, themes to work, etc.
All this is not available for general viewing. Stand for public is strictly prohibited!
You can also apply for free provision of the account to a private forum CSU.

P.S.
In VIP section can be reached at any of following items:
Presence of an account on private forum CSU + 1 article about carding
Write helpful articles on subject of forum or positive active on forum.

totally agree
there are so many punks who just make random(i.e useless, pointless, stupid ) post in multiple topics and have over 100 posts like that.
Example: every new seller gets:
welcome, how r you, some other general suggestions in their posts not related to the subject; although I'd prefer to see feedbacks only ...

just like my post here could've been considered as flame, if I wouldn't ask:

"Is there any other ways to get there"

P.S. I personally prefer to communicate via pm or ICQ and therefore don't have many posts. I'm doing business, not talking...
