What is a dork?
Dorks are a method of using the Google search engine (or another search engine for that matter) to search for leaks of sensitive information about a target. Google Dorks are more technically the use of specific operators and advanced search techniques in search engines to find so-called sensitive information that could have leaked and found itself indexed on a search engine.

intext: "character string" - allows you to search for a specific character string in the source code or text of a page/file as seen above
ext: "extension" - allows you to output only specific file extensions, for example "TXT" or PDF files (Example - ext: "docx")
inurl : "file/directory" - allows you to find strings in a URL (Example - inurlext: "docx")
site: "domainname" - This operator is particularly useful when searching for information on a specific domain/site
