Hi y'all. I was wondering if Telegram is really that safe how it is tell. I mean could you buy a CC from telegram without getting the attention of the authorities? I heard that Telegram could be followed by FBI or something like that and I really don't know what to say about it. What do you think? If you know more, please leave it down below!

No 1 rule: Do not trust anyone on Telegram. 99% of sellers there are scam, legit people who make money don't waste their time on Telegram.
No 2 rule: Telegram can be safe but depends on what you are doing. You don't expect to be selling drugs or CP and survive for long. its only a matter of time, you will be caught.
My only advice is that you should never buy CC from anyone directly, there are several sites with reputation that sell high end CC but not guaranteed.
