Are self reg credit cards that easy? Just simply use it?

If you mean cards you applied for with details like SSN and id you have gotten(through whatever means) and got accepted then yes its easy. If you applied for the card and got accepted then you have full access.to the card and probably have an account you can access to see the balance and manipulate the details and block and allow charges. Its a really if you are able to do it.
