I use www.aurumxchange.com/cards . % from liberty to the card is about 2.9% but the money is loaded instantly to the mastercard. The card and shipping are also free you just pay a 2 year membership which is $24.99. best service ive found. +1 if you like

Invest in MSR bro get payment on D+P VISA prepaid re loadable at the lowest fees possible msr on ebay so cheap these days.
