So, my dear friend, our target today is auctions.
All of us repeatedly heard about the scheme, when swindler represented himself like a buyer or a seller (depending on the purpose, stuff or money). We had to use accounts with good feedbacks, promote new accounts by all ways we know, register accounts before and wait, call to customer or use call-services.
But now it’s the end of it.
All you need is “open” company-intermediary. Optimum take workers-managers, posting on job-sites. Announcements in newspapers also acceptable. Otherwise you can use good spam.
Also you need take care about homepage of your company – it looks more trustful.
Firstly train on not very expensive goods, let it be cell phones, guitars etc. This way you get two things: get knowledge about getting personal and what it’s better to sell.
All your communication with workers after assigned contract will be 2-3 letters (depends of worker’s brains, but there are deers everythere), and he starts working: posts lots on eBay and another auctions, writes about buying announcements, communicates with customers.
Further there are two ways:

Promise to your workers different bonuses, give them exact time on money transferring, make them compliments. You can even make top manager’s of your company and put on first positions who works at the present time and has some success in customers finding.
