You need to put in the work to learn as much as you can. Most importantly, how IP works, VPN, Proxies, RDP, Socks, fingerprinting, bins, cards and many more.
All these takes time and experience to master, it all start with you. How much work you are wiling to learn and stop asking people to teach you step by step.
I could have posted a link for you to download a file of eBooks and tutorials that I used to purchase many years ago, but it would take me too much time to set up. Instead, I will copy and paste one of the txt file for you to get an idea of what you are getting into.

By this article I hope most of beginners will find answers of their most main questions. So at first we should understand how it it. As in any work it has itís order and chain ñ if youíl enter card in any place you see you wonít get stuff. Mainly this chain includes two people ñ who card the stuff and who this stuff accept. After youíve bought card we need to prepare it. We canít order stuff on holderís address and we donít need it. Letís separate info we got:

Further we need to make enroll of this card. We need SSN (Social Secure Number), MMN (Motherís Maiden Name), DOB (Date of Birth) for it ñ different banks request different info. Some of them can also request DL (number of driverís license) or PIN number. So we donít need to pass such secure like PIN requesting. And another info we can look up on special services (usually one-time of itís using costs $1-$2). We need also to know bank-emitent (bank which has made the card) ñ for this e look on BIN (first 6 digits of card number) and find in special programs (CC2Bank, Mars Data Bank) or in another BIN databases which bank it belongs to.
So we got needed info. Letís start to make enroll. We go on this bankís site. Then find there enroll-register option, enter all data weíre asked, Now we have online access to our card. That what we call enroll. We can look for balance of card here (it must be in 2-3 sizes more than weíre going to spend) and also look for general option ñ address changing. Usually you can change Address, City, State, Zipcode and Phone number. Change it on your dropís data. Except phone number ñ we need to have our own number (because shop can call to it and we must avoid any problems with it). You can own it using different IP-phone services (find in google). Now after weíve changed data we must wait some time for approving changing (time of waiting is different in different banks).
So card is ready. Lerís check it ñ but we should check it. Try to buy some cheap shiet like soft or chocolate or smth like this ñ if payment was successful ñ we can do the shopping! (use name, card number, exp and cvv of CARDHOLDER, and new address we enter in enroll account.
Now is final. Register in our online shop and order the stuff. Choose the fastest delivery method. So we have the same billing and shipping addresses ñ you know why already ). After ordering ñ wait for shopís reply. You can be asked for call or documents ñ better use profession call and painting services to resolve these problems. If all will be good, youíll receive track number ñ itís number which you can enter in delivery service youíve chosen and trace your parcel.
