Serious vpn issue please help me

I have a serious issue with my vpn.After being connected for many hours i check my ip on check2ip an to my surprise my real ip is showing.

I check open vpn and it is green showing i am connected.I restart open vpn and refresh check2ip and now all is working fine again.

This is major issue as i must be browsing half the time not protected.

Number 1.Does anybody know a really good vpn provider?

Number 2.I want my internet to not work if its not tunneling through vpn?

Need to run it as admin in windows

as somebody posted - block everything in firewall except for the vpn address
