My question is, what is this => 81.247.228.240:12067... Is it Ip adress of ccs owner? And 12067 the port? So i just need to put this on my browser, options secutirty... socks5? That would be if victim was infected with botnet allowing me to connect to it, right?
Or how do you use that? Not necessary?

So when couldnt ping server, that probably happened when victime rebooted pc like ninja said ?

I have to put it on socks5, 4, or where?

Better use proxifier. I believe some Guys have upload proxifier and its serial in freebie Section, so download it.

IP of real victim helps MUCH avoiding limitations of paypal for example.
