Writing on old visa

If I have an old / unactivated chase debit card, could I write a 201 + track 2 dump with pin on it and cash out at chase atm without programming the chip ? Old atm ? Either ?

It depends, if you are hoping to have chip activation with the card then no, you must write the chip with the same dump as the strip. You can use the mag stripe on that atm card and reprogram it to use the track2+pin but then why wouldn't you use a blank.

I was referencing an old visa as far as going in stores/registers. I have plenty of blanks with no chip but not many chip less atms. And after reprogramming the strip should I just disable the chip so I can force a swipe ?

You need cards with chip and 101 dump for that.It may work

does writing the 201 dump to mag stripe when the atm supports mag stripe fallback work? in my country nearly all atms support mag stripe only payment which makes things significantly easier. Do i need a 101+p for this or does 201+p still work?

What country you talking about are you in europe.Writing magstripe and just the magstripe only works for 101 dump you cant write on the magstripe a 201 dump and go cashout even if the atm is non chip readable 201 dumps require chip coding

I disabled the chip on my card and managed to cash it out at several atms, 101 dumps are a lot more rare and difficult to come by which is why im asking. Bypassing chip functionality is easy it is mostly getting the material, no one stocks au dumps+p so i have to get another regions.

Just to know its not just if the atm is chip readable its the software of the atm too if its updated i tried an 101 dump of the oldest atm.Just do a 201 dump i paid 400 for x2 emv to cash out $950
