If right now the situation cannot be changed in any way and you have to contact people who piss off every day, we are looking for the other side of the coin.

? Learn to analyze yourself
We often have traits that annoy us in a person. But we do not recognize them, because it is unpleasant, and we project onto another.

Does anger or the need to gossip infuriate you in a coworker? Shift the focus to yourself - if you find the same qualities in yourself and honestly admit it, it will be easier for you to control these traits in the moments when they unconsciously manifest themselves. And you, in turn, will stop annoying someone.

?‍♂ Learning to accept people as they are
Useful quality: useful in family and friendship. What's the point of being annoyed with someone who won't change? But you can look for good in it. If you find it, perhaps a colleague will open up to you from a new, pleasant side to you.

? Learning to react correctly
In dealing with a person you unpleasant, you can perfectly pump the ability to respond correctly and calmly. "Keeping your face" will definitely come in handy, so seize the opportunity. And hone the skill of answering correctly: without accusations, from the position of "it is unpleasant for me ...", "I am not ready to communicate in such a tone ...".

Calmness, the ability to accept the other as it is, the ability to be equanimous in a conflict situation.

We start the year with big goals, but by the end of January we usually realize that we are behind schedule. We don't really like it, but it doesn't bother us too much, there are still 11 months ahead. At the end of March, we are also lagging behind, but again we are not too worried. Again we think there is still enough time. Getting used to this, we live with such thoughts all year round. We comfort ourselves with the thought that a little later we will dramatically improve the results. For example, at the end of September or in October, a miracle will happen.

The truth is, every week, every day, every minute counts! It is important to realize that we work every day and every week, not once a month or quarter. Yearly thinking gets in the way of effective work. To improve productivity, you need to stop planning for the year ahead. Don't think on an annual basis, focus on smaller chunks of time.

The annual cycle blinds us and does not allow us to understand one simple thing: reality is what is happening at the moment. We live and achieve success right here and now! And annual thinking leads to the belief that you can painlessly postpone important matters "for later."
