If I were you I would try bins from those local banks:
AMALGAMATED BANK OF CHICAGO
BANKCHICAGO
CHICAGO MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES C.U.
CHICAGO PATROLMEN'S F.C.U.
CHICAGO POST OFFICE EMPLOYEES C.U.
COMMUNITY FIRST BANK OF CHICAGO
GREATBANK CHICAGO
STATE BANK OF INDIA, CHICAGO
Or if you want to waste lot of time and money you can just buy other bins which PERHAPS can work in Chicago.
I am always giving such advices to my customers. But they are changing states usually.
Remember it is unsafety to work in same state and use local banks.
