can anyone tell me how to get Personal Certificate of Webmoney WMZ account...

Any one doing this service ?

Like i create any name WM Account in Country like Belgium,Netherland, Germany......can i get the personal certificate in that WM ID ?

first u can get it by use ur docs to get it

or u can use drop to get it from wm

simple way just to buy complect with 200-300$ with personal cert from services.
