1. Take the last 12 digits of the PAN (exclude check digit)
2. Pad with leading zeros to 16 digits
3. Apply Wincor validation table to each digit:

4. Result = 16-digit decimal number
5. Encrypt with Wincor DES key (bank-specific secret key)
6. Take first 4 digits → natural PIN
7. Customer PIN minus natural PIN = offset (stored on Track 2)
