And someone works like this all the time: they gain momentum, stop doing anything, wait until everything stops, and then start all over again. Of course, this approach leads to a large loss of profit and, in general, does not allow you to constantly increase momentum.

First, try to do at least something every day that will allow you to get closer to your goal. But don’t set yourself more than 4 tasks in one day.
Secondly, set tasks so that you can complete them in any condition.
Thirdly, give yourself gifts for a month, six months, a year of following your daily to-do list. Of course, at first these gifts will be something small, like a cup of delicious coffee, but after just six months, a year or a little more, such a gift could become something more interesting, like a brand new MacBook or car.
Personally, I have been using a daily to-do list for more than two years and I can definitely say that this is the best way to make money online in the long term and constantly increase your income.
