One printed right off the gov't printing press. Of course the numbers would not match up so if the passport was background checked it woudn't come up as legt but as far as anyone looking at it, eff b eye, see I aye, whoever Brazilian cops, etc it will pass visual scrutiny as it is 100% the real deal so long as the numbers are not run as they will not be in the database.
