Now there are various things that a pos can say about a card like approval
or declined but :

What is meaned with HOLD-CALL ?

Is it meaned to hold the card and call the cops ??

Unfortunety it means you sucked with the dump...

Dont panic, dont run, just maintain confidence. give cashier excuse not to call like u are calling the bank now urself or alternatively u will pay by cash, that shld stop them from calling, u take ur card and tell them u go to ATM to collect money and will be back, finish. I card everyday and see hold call like 10 to 15 times a day this is the tactics i use 100% works.

Is it possible to check the valid status of a dump online to avoid such situations ?

what do u mean who do i buy dumps from? this has got nothing to do with the vendor, if u are spending dumps many times it must get to hold call for many reasons, when the amount is too high or the balance is low bcus u have been spending or the card has been flagged by bank etc, these has got nothing to do with the vendor. and u dont go on checking the validity of dumps before any transaction, this is not online carding this is in store carding, u're on the move. besides i believe checking too can kill dumps easy.

And where can i get a merchant account to check balance ?

its not common to find someone who would share an online checker with you, to talk of a phone checker...cos people tends to abuse it, so get familiar with people area you locally if they can.
