After all, when an individual or group steals credit or debit card numbers, it's not immediately clear whether they will become a hot commodity. After all, vigilant owners of these cards can immediately block them, or the accounts will simply be empty. In this case, all the efforts of the scammers will be in vain. This means that before putting stolen data up for sale, thieves still need to make sure that it makes sense.
