What do I need for using fake DL and ID in EU?

I am interested in some fake documents from vengativ0.

so what do I need to get no problems at a regular police check?

so of course I need an ID and DL (e.g. from lithuania)

about the car:
I want to use it in germany. so should I also get fake car documents?
because vengativ0 also offers the following:
- Car documents Lithuania - 300 EUR
- Lithuanian checkup documents - 275 EUR
- Lithuanian insurance - 100EUR
Then I would also need a license number from LT.
