What do bin codes mean? How do pro card holders know which bin number goes through which store?

I’ll help you with this, but you should be reading more guides to learn. Bins are the first 6 digits of cards. They can be non vbv (verified by visa) which is what you want. To test bins utilise a telegram bot. Do some research and find one that works. There’s free lists of bins on this and many other forums. When you find a good bin utilise the search feature on card stores when buying them.
