Guys please educate me? i have a good connect who is able to cash out accounts and all he is asking for is cc number, bank account number attached to the cc, of course name and address, plus telephone password and or mother's maiden name plus ssn, DL and dob and balance on the account. the banks he need are BOA , CAPITAL ONE AND CITI BANK> i am thinking of buying COBS OR ENROLL do these come with the info i mentioned? please help...if u have this info PM me...
What are COBS and ENROLLS...I THINK I NEED THEM??

COB and ENROLL are the same thing... COB = Change Of Billing, meaning, that you get a FULL info and online access where you can change billing info to your drop. From what your describing, you should be fine with a full (sometimes you can turn fulls into cob's also..
