I do this, but I break it up into two different $500 tranfers, that way nothing is flagged.

If its under $1k you can just use the test question, then you don't need ID.

no, in a couple of countries it depends on the suppliers. So you can use the test quesion in the post (where you can also pick up WU) under 200 euros but in the official WU offices you have to show IDs!
