In this scheme, scammers rent something and successfully sell it in another city.

But most don't give a damn about this law, and the fine for violation is a couple of hundred rubles. If there are victims who draw up a contract, then the savings are obvious.
For sale, in addition to a round-trip ticket to another city, you will need passports with high-quality re-gluing, a license, several mobile phones and SIM cards, second-hand clothes, wigs, glasses. If we work on small things, then instead of a copy of the license, you can print a piece of paper at home on a printer and laminate it.
In principle, with this set you can take anything as a pledge, but for us, something expensive, small and easy to sell is a priority.
