i had a friend who hooked up with a hotel manager a few years ago, he would card the rooms that customers paid in cash, and split 50/50.
they got caught and the manager ratted him out, he's a us citizen btw, guess what sentence he got? LIFE........ no joke

carding in china is a crime if you card against the CCP however if it is foreigner card they do not care. Because CCP do not talk to foreigners. Carding in china if caught you are looking at between 3-6 years and then deported and not to be returned and depends on the amount. If the amount is in the millions you get death sentence. But why do it yourself? Chinese are obsessed with money hire a few chinese farmers give them a cut, everything goes back to them and not yourself.
