I mean if I wanna card somefing with cvv online and the cvv is American so I can set my Ip adress with the software on American IP.

i can suggest to just download Proxifier and SMAC..then do an account on some socks porvider shop like vip72.com or some in the verified advertise. All will go good if you need to card with cvvs..just look for the right sock

just use hotspot for vpn but u can't change the ip like you want if you want to change proxy just use platinum hide its all free.

Its very easy! Just type in google or youtube: "How to use Proxifier".. Thats all!

www.nicevpn.net and www.vpntunnel.se don't keep logs either. The first one is particularly good, only a bit expensive ($15 / month).

With that said, use socks for your IP changing purposes (on top of a VPN, of course). www.vip72.com is the best socks service I know.
