VPN Always With RDP

I been doin my research and they/y’all say you pose to always have a VPN on when connecting to RDP. But VPN are all blacklisted and can be seen so can I use RDP without VPN and hide the ports and be good?

or I would use a proxy with an antidetect browser and change the mac address, I'm not very expert in this as iCC has always bought them ... but anonymity always comes first
