VOIP number vs non VOIP number

Some carders are complaining that they don't receive one time password (otp) to verify their phone number on accounts on cardable sites I have recommended during the carding week. The simple reason is that they are using VOIP numbers. Voice over IP(VOIP) is real phone number number assigned to a user but not to a specific network provider. It is ussually posses a direct inward dial (DID). A non VOIP number is a real number assigned to a user which belongs to a specific network provider (ISP). A non VOIP number is associated with the physical address of the user unlike a VOIP number which is just associated with a geographical area such as Tukwila Washington. Every standard website can detect a VOIP number. This is as a result of having DID which are usually the last four digits. Take it as a rule that every websites that detects a vpn can also detect it. Though some that don't detect vpn still detect it. VOIP numbers can only be gotten from websites while non VOIP numbers can be gotten from only apps. You can easily see a 100 list of websites giving VOIP numbers but no sites gives non VOIP numbers - be wise!
You can pass any phone number verification online by using a non VOIP number.
