I've heard things about Business/Purchasing/Signature BINs being real particular with region blocks...
I tried to hit a small $500 purchase at a supermarket with a wells fargo dump w/ generated track 1 and had it come back w/ a Call bank. Locked up the terminal and needed a supervisor to come unlock it. Fuckin' irritating when you have to just walk away with the "I don't have time for this" line... but can anyone speak to this?
