Правила сервиса
Касается текущих и новых клиентов:
1) Сервис имеет право изменять правила сервиса по своему усмотрению, но при сохранении правил в текущем оплаченном периоде.
2) Базовая цена (500 WMZ) за 2 уникальных EXE файла и их изменения (параметры, домены, и т.д.). Модификаций одних и тех же файлов может быть сколько угодно. За крипт дополнительных файлов берется дополнительная оплата (по договоренности). Это значит что крипт цитадели и любых ее модификаций стоит 500$ в неделю. Сюда же можно добавить еще 1 EXE файл. Если вам нужно еще третий файл или DLL, это надо обговаривать отдельно, и за это будет доплата. Условия суточной подписки ниже.
3) При начале работы обговаривается, что именно будет криптоваться. Именно этот файл мы будет постоянно держать в чистоте. Если мы выдали криптор, а он не криптует файл, о котором не было договорено, то претензии не принимаются. Также если вы криптуете другой файл, а он грязный, то претензии тоже не принимаются.
4) Чистим 2 раза в день - утром и вечером. Если файл спалился, то по запросу чистим днем. Пишите - файл палится, и мы его чистим. Также и с криптором, его чистим на тех же условиях.
5) Криптор выдаем только на вторую неделю работы или после начальной выплаты 1к$. Настраиваем всё сами, с вас только нужен рабочий впс и его сетевая и хардварная настройка.
6) Режим работы - будни + суббота(утро). Воскресенье выходной.
7) Сервис имеет право отказать клиенту в обслуживании при сохранении чисток до оплаченной даты при тех условиях какие были до уведомления отказа. Причины отказа сервис в праве не сообщать.
8) Чистота 0 дается по возможности всегда. Но иногда это невозможно сделать при сверх-сложных детектах, поэтому мы оставляем за собой право не всегда чистить на 0, по возможности.
9) Вы обязаны проверять файл на работу после крипта и следить, чтобы он стучал. Конечно мы проверяем его, но на трафе мы не можем посмотреть его отстук, иногда может быть не лучший пробив из-за обхода аверов, при этом на тестовых машинах у нас все может быть отлично. Претензии, что вы потеряли траф из-за того что крипт плохо стучал не принимаются. Внимательно следите сами за отстуком и сообщайте саппорту что отстук плохой. Правим это оперативно.
10) Манибек не делается. Компенсации тоже. Если файл палится - то вы пишите, что надо почистить, а мы делаем это так быстро как это возможно. Здесь не забываем график из правила 4.
11) Клиенту дается уникальный криптор. Мы не гарантируем 100% уникальность. Мы не гарантируем, что если вы не будете грузить он всегда будет чистым. Совпадения возможны. Если это случается надо всего лишь попросить, чтобы мы их убрали и побольше рандомизировали код. Сервис рассчитан, что вы будете пользоваться им, а не ждать пока он спалится.
12) У нас новая услуга - суточная подписка. Держим чистоту сутки. Чистки до 3х раз в сутки. Цена 100 ВМЗ.
Скидываете файл, делаем по возможности уник стаб. Если файл палится в течении суток чистим и скидываем чистоту. Можно делать замену, но на такой же софт с таким же размером, но с другим конфигом.
Чистки идут по следующему графику - 1) 9-10 2) 16-19 3) 21-22 мск.
Чтобы всё было ок кидайте файл заранее, например за день, чтобы мы смогли успеть подготовить уник стаб.
Работа с нами автоматически означает согласие с правилами.
Отдельные пункты правил можно подвинуть например частота чисток - за дополнительную плату и только по отдельной договоренности.

Service rules
Applicable to current and new customers:

For crypts of additional files, an additional payment is taken (by agreement). This means that the crypt of the citadel and any of its modifications costs $ 500 per week. 3) At the beginning of work, it is discussed what exactly will be encrypted. It is this file that we will keep clean at all times. If we have issued a cryptor, and it does not encrypt a file that was not agreed upon, then claims will not be accepted. Also, if you encrypt another file, and it is dirty, then claims are also not accepted.
4) We clean 2 times a day - in the morning and in the evening. If the file was burned, then upon request we clean it during the day. Write - the file is fired, and we clean it. Also with the cryptor, we clean it under the same conditions.
5) We issue the cryptor only for the second week of work or after the initial payment of $ 1k. We configure everything ourselves, you only need a working VPS and its network and hardware configuration.
6) Working hours - weekdays + Saturday (morning). Sunday is a day off.
7) The service has the right to refuse the client in service while maintaining the cleanings until the paid date under the conditions that were before the notification of the refusal. The service has the right not to report the reasons for the refusal.
8) Purity 0 is always given whenever possible. But sometimes it is impossible to do this with super-complex detections, so we reserve the right not always to clean to 0, if possible.
9) You are obliged to check the file for work after the crypt and make sure that it knocks. Of course, we check it, but on the traffic we cannot see its sound, sometimes it may not be the best penetration due to bypassing the avers, while on test machines everything can be fine. Claims that you lost traffic due to the fact that the crypt pounded badly are not accepted. Pay close attention to the sound yourself and tell the support that the sound is bad. We fix it promptly.
10) Moneyback is not done. Compensation too. If the file is fired, then you write that you need to clean it, and we do it as quickly as possible. Don't forget the graph from rule 4 here.
11) The client is given a unique cryptor. We do not guarantee 100% uniqueness. We do not guarantee that if you do not ship it will always be clean. Matches are possible. If this happens, you just need to ask us to remove them and randomize the code more. The service is designed so that you will use it, and not wait until it sleeps.
12) We have a new service - a daily subscription. We keep it clean for a day. Cleaning up to 3 times a day. Price 100 WMZ.
Throw off the file, make, if possible, a unique stub. If the file is fired during the day we clean and discard the cleanliness. You can make a replacement, but with the same software with the same size, but with a different config.
