Violation of Rules! Advertise in Not Allowed Section!

The assignment status DEER for violation of forum rules, namely, the placement of advertising themes in inappropriate section.
That means:
- no selling/offering to sell posts in other section than Unverified Section.
- no trolling on posts/advertise .
- no insulting / racist comments.
- posting word "ripper"/ suggest user is a ripper equals instant DEER in any other section beside Blacklist Area.

Anyone breaking rules will be imediatly DEER status/Banned!Enough with this behaviour!

I didn't brake any of there rules, why did I get DEER? Administration please let's resolve this issue!

What if the person is really a ripper and when reported, you people didn't do anything about it.... like my case. Even with all the logs.
