As the topic title says, I'm looking for someone who can load US credit cards thru billpay method rather account/routing method because billpay method backfire takes sometime infact that account/routing method backfires very fast because nowadays most banks are verifying names. The reason of using billpay is so that we can use the card atleast 5-6 times b4 it gets closed. It's a BOA business card and you would need to load 15k on it and u will get 20% of 15k straight cash everytime u load 15k till it backfires. PM with ur icq if u know what you're doing and time wasters don't even bother. I will only provide credit card number, exp date and owner name because thats all you need for the billpay method.
