UK 201 D+P Cashout help please

I have a lot of UK 201 Dumps with correct pin, but Im in usa and I cant cashout. Im not asking for someone to cashout. I need help. I tried all the atms I could find. new and old. How can i cashout in the USA?

In usa alot of ATMs doesnt read chip at all.
But alot of BINs have region lock in UK.

If u think u do not want to share the pins and cash them ,u r wasting the pins better find the right cashiers who are verfied and cash them . not all bins work in all country .and major problem with UK bins are region block.only few bins work in few country. Good Luck.

I would say that if you can not cash them, you should you them as regular dumps and go shopping...Unless you tried what I said in the pm I sent...Let me know if that work...
