Investigators from the Solomensky Police Department documented the illegal activities of two fraudulent call centers that were located in office premises in one of the shopping centers on Borshchagovskaya Street. An investigative team from the district police department was working at the address.
At the site, law enforcement officers found more than a hundred equipped places equipped with computer equipment. As part of the criminal proceedings initiated, on the basis of a court ruling, police conducted a search in offices, where during investigative actions they seized more than 650 pieces of equipment: system units, monitors, headphones, laptops, mobile phones, rough notes and money of various denominations and currencies. At the time of the search, there were 30 people in one of the premises.
Based on this fact, the investigative department of the Solomensky police department is investigating criminal proceedings under Parts 3, 4 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - fraud committed on a large scale, or through illegal transactions using electronic computer equipment or by an organized group. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of five to twelve years with confiscation of property.
Now law enforcement officers are taking measures to identify all persons involved in a criminal offense in order to bring them to justice. The pre-trial investigation continues.
