Early in the morning (until 8.00 while the forwarders are sleeping) we drive up to the warehouses, where truckers wait for their turn as usual at the entrance.

We know these places in advance. We hide the car in a secluded place somewhere behind the bushes, so that the carriers would not see.

One of us, disguised as a warehouse worker with a folder, leaves the checkpoint and approaches the trucks.

From the carrier you need to fish out and remember the following information:
1. Which company did you come to (dozens of tenants in the warehouse) (full name of the director, name of the forwarder ...)
2. What product and how much (it is better if it is a raw material, for example, meat)
3. From which company the delivery
4. MAIN THING - the phone of the dispatcher of this carrier.

(All this is written in the TTN except for the dispatcher's tel.).

We choose the "sweetest" candidate.

We call the dispatcher on behalf of the director of the company to which the cargo arrived. We specify where their car with our cargo is, how it arrived and ask the driver to call us at the number we just indicated. The dispatcher, of course, will call the driver and, as a guide, will demand that he call the specified number.

The driver will think that these are the owners of the cargo and, without suspecting anything, will call our phone. Arrogantly speaking like the owner, one of us will start giving him instructions that there is some kind of hitch with the old forwarder and now a new one will come (first name, patronymic) and that he would not waste time warming up the car and pumping air.

Meanwhile, the other of us, knowing which car is from where and who is the owner of the already known cargo, hurries to the car. Knowing where, who what and how (even the driver's name) will boldly climb into the cockpit. Catching her breath and mother's leadership, that there is always some kind of mess, do not give sleep, etc.

He starts trying to call the management - but that's not the task - my phone is empty.

Asks the driver for the phone. And brazenly, without asking anything, he inserts his card into it, supposedly there will be a lot of calls. And the money of the carrier is not decent to spend. By inserting his card into the phone, the driver neutralizes his connection with everyone (there were cases when two phones were bad).

Calls partner. And the business chatter begins. The driver explains that we have problems in this warehouse, we have to go to another one, that is. readdressing of cargo, that it is necessary to go urgently, without wasting time, etc. And the car starts to move - now where it is unknown - there is no connection - and there is no under the warehouse.

Any work must be prepared in advance. When preparing such, it is necessary to choose in advance a place for reloading the goods, this is best of all the territory of some plant with a dozen tenant firms where there is a checkpoint, but everyone does not care, a suitable place on this territory, there is no video surveillance, etc.

If necessary, it is necessary to agree with the owner of the territory about overloading or temporary storage in an open area (not free of charge). Agree in advance with the loaders (two groups), so that they themselves come or bring them on call.

Prepare all the necessary documents (TTN, Veterinary certificate (expensive) waybills) and also be able to quickly draw the required documents ( stamp of the company of the supplier of the goods).

Rent (deposit) a new truck in order to immediately pick up the goods.

Have another warehouse where you can then unload this product.

And so we drove with a carrier to a place prepared in advance. On the way, you constantly fool him, distract him from all sorts of thoughts (one of two topics works well - either the wife (woman) got it, or the work is difficult and pays little). The goal is to prevent him from calling, allegedly to search for a new cargo or if there are doubts, etc. Alarmingly, for a long time.

Companions, meanwhile, are adjusting a new truck under the warehouse, calling the movers.

Another companion goes to the place of overloading, warns whoever is needed there (they say, by agreement in advance, our car will come now) and meets us there (well, finally ...).

Shows where and how to park the truck and stays with the carrier, and I pick up the accompanying documents for the goods and with the carrier's phone I go to the "office", as if to mark the TTN.

For the carrier, you need to constantly watch so that you do not call and wander around the warehouse. LONG.

At the same time (ideally) loaders come and off we go (unloading a truck of meat 20 tons - 4 hours). I had to reload the goods from car to car (new customer).
While the goods are being unloaded, the companion prepares a new package of documents.

After unloading an empty truck into a sump (a secluded place), wait and immediately load a new one with the same loaders. A WHOLE DAY OF NERVO RUNNER.

When the new truck is loaded and left for the old driver, money for delivery, if necessary, and an advance for a new flight to hell from the city (contact phone number of the new customer).

Overload earnings

Acquired a real company (better in other areas) for a figurehead (plywood).

We register on the ATI website acting as a carrier with all working phones, ICQ, E-mail, etc.

We buy in advance direct phone numbers (two or three) in other regions and make forwarding to them. This will be useful in the future to confirm the reality of our company (supposedly the companies with which we worked).

And also in advance in the areas of large transshipment places (ports) we find free trucks that are waiting or looking for passing cargo (they usually hang out in certain places - in parking lots, parking lots ... you need to know) Our "forwarder" goes there, negotiates with them a contact phone PRESENTED BY THE CUSTOMER, i.e. the owner of the cargo.

And we begin to use the ads of the ATI site, looking for a good product and in a good volume.

It is better to work with several firms at once - it is not a fact that the first one will bite right away.

We call. We offer our services for the transportation of goods. We negotiate the conditions - price, how much and what kind of cargo, etc. At the same time, the real owners of the cargo are sure to be
interested in where the information comes from (ATI website), what our company (OGRN INN) and who (companies) can confirm our decency (this is where these direct numbers in other cities come in handy).

After your check (check on the ATI website) and receiving positive feedback about us (oddly enough they themselves ask who you worked with) ("of course", "they know us, here are the phones of our partners", be sure to check).

A volitional decision is made to work with us. Bureaucracy begins - contracts.

In the meantime, our forwarder knows what kind of cargo, how much and where he leases transport.

Takes copies of the driver's passport and all documents for the car, driver's license, license card (more about it below), (waybill and consignment note are drawn up later).

Gives prepayment.

Everything. There is a contract. The work started. According to the contract with our company, "our" truck arrives at the warehouse. The driver receives the load on himself. It is important - the phone of the truck driver must be with us, that is, we do not tell the customers the real bodies of the carrier, but ours, which is used from and under the name of the carrier by one of us. You can even block the driver's bodies by calling the operator (standard - lost the phone - name, last numbers).

In a warehouse - not in an office. Other people are not they who make the decision. They will meet the truck, check the passport, power of attorney, draw up documents for loading.

When everything was successful, the loaded truck left the warehouse. The final point of delivery is indicated to her.

The road takes more than one day's journey. The driver knows that she is carrying our cargo, we are its owners.

On the way, the carrier is controlled by real owners, i.e. call us on tel. drove PERMANENTLY (where you are, how the road, etc.).

At one fine moment, somewhere in the middle of the way (namely, where we have determined in advance ), our truck is suddenly redirected. The driver is given a clear command - to change the route, turn in the direction indicated by us and go to another place.

There (and this is an area suitable for reloading - a plant or warehouses) the carrier is met by the same "forwarder". Normally. Truck for unloading (loaders).

In this place, another truck must be waiting to immediately pick up the cargo with ready-made new documents (Dr. company, other certificates, in short, everything else).

Meanwhile, the "driver" (one of us) constantly reports to the real owners of the cargo how he is on the road, it is possible to puncture a wheel if you have been transported for a long time at reloading.

Until the panic begins - where the truck with the cargo disappeared. Immediately calls to our office, scandals.

AND SO SEVERAL TIMES, that is, not one truck, but sometimes four for one company at a time.

A license for cargo transportation is required in accordance with Article of the Decree of the Government of your country.

It is necessary to license the transportation of cargo over 500 kilograms both to organizations and individuals (without forming a legal entity) - and this applies to transportation of any distance: from international to urban or regional.

Only one license is issued for a legal entity (or entrepreneur). For each vehicle participating in the transportation, you need to obtain a license card, which, in accordance with clause Of the Road Traffic Regulations must be kept by the driver of this vehicle. When buying or renting a car, even for a single cargo transportation, you need to obtain such a card.
