is there any way to tell weather its platinum, classic, business, gold, visa , mastercard etc from jus the track numbers ?

You can either download one of the programs like Mars Bank Base or you can use the program The Jerm wich allows you to write,read.. and it also tells you wich institution and what grade classique, gold....

WHAT IS A BIN ??? AND HOW DO I USE IT ?? I DOWNLOADED THE MARSBANK PROGRAM BUT I DONT KNO HOW TO USE THE BIN NUMBERS ND STUFF

BIN=Bank Internacional Number,the 6 first number of first trk give you the country+tipe of cc,just you must search on BIN Database.
