I need one or more reloadable debit cards, but the kind that others could reload onto my card anonymously and where the card would not be in my name.
Greendot has reloadable cards but I'm not a street guy so don't feel comfortable asking ppl who are on the streets and seem poor (but have an apartment as u need an address to get one) and offering them money to open a Green Dot card in their name and then turn it over to me for cash (and forget my description, make up some story where I am not implicated should the police come knocking on their door).
