A 24-year-old resident of Lisakovsk, posing as a manufacturer of baths and other wood products, put up ads via OLX and WhatsApp. Abusing people's trust, he made appointments with clients and even signed contracts for the manufacture of baths and wooden pallets.
By criminal means, he enriched himself in the amount of 15 million tenge. Its victims were mostly owners of private houses, residents of districts of Kostanay region.
During operational search activities, the suspect was detained in the regional center, en route to another illegal transaction.
Currently, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted on 27 facts. In addition, his involvement in the commission of similar crimes is being checked.
