Yes, you can use it if you install it on a virtual machine and connect to RDP or socks5 for carding.
Windows - maintains full logging and transfers all data to Microsoft servers.

cheers mate i will look into running a VM, im running tails with a GL-MT3000 with a opensource vpn on it. im new to this and plan to start getting into it.
