The victim told the police that she had found tickets for a concert at an attractive price on the ad site. The seller explained to her that such a low cost is due to the fact that he is a representative of the organizer of the event, and he has extra invitations.
The woman transferred 12 thousand rubles to a stranger for two tickets and received them in electronic form. When she and her daughter came to the festival, they were told at the entrance that their purchase turned out to be a fake. After that, the victim turned to the police.
As a result of the operational-search measures, the criminal investigation officers identified the attacker who deceived the applicant. He turned out to be a 17-year-old young man. During the proceedings, the operatives found out that the young man found an image with a real ticket on the Internet and, with the help of a photo editor, entered the necessary data there, after which he sent it to the victim under the guise of originals.
The suspect confessed to the crime and has already compensated for the material damage caused. The inquiry unit initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The defendant is under recognizance not to leave and proper behavior.
