Having received an award before the announcement, the device can become the future of our daily life.

Startup Humane, founded by former Apple employees, is preparing to launch its first gadget – AI Pin, scheduled for November 9. The product has already attracted attention, having received the title of one of the "Best Inventions of 2023" according to Time magazine, even before the official announcement.

Humane's about getting the and upcoming presentation

AI Pin resembles a magnetic brooch that is attached to the user's clothing. The device is powered by a mix of proprietary Humane software and OpenAI's GPT-4 technology. Among the main functions of the gadget is the ability to make calls, translate speech and analyze information about the nutritional value of products.

One of the interesting features of AI Pin is the presence of a "Trust Light", which is activated when the device's camera, microphone, or other sensors record data. This lets the user know when the gadget is collecting information.

AI Pin was presented in April at the TED conference, where some of the device's features were demonstrated. Since then, the Pin was presented at Paris Fashion Week, but the full presentation of the product was postponed from October 14 to November 9.

Humane described the AI Pin as a new type of wearable device that does not require a smartphone connection. However, many aspects of the device's operation remain unclear. Whether AI Pin will become the next big product in the world of AI gadgets, time will tell. Humane's AI Pin is still shrouded in a lot of questions, but the company is expected to reveal more details about its innovative product on November 9.
