Laziness is the general sponsor of all your problems. Everyone understands this. Let's dismantle this mechanical dragon together and throw it out of our lives. Let's start at the bottom.
Laziness is a protective mechanism of our body, based on the unshakable law of the universe of the least energy-consuming action. Everything that does not happen happens along the smallest path of resistance. It is thanks to her that we do only what is necessary, without wasting energy (and this is all that we have in different forms: biological, mental, in the form of money or time, ideas) on unnecessary. Energy stops - death comes, not the most interesting event. That is why laziness is so strong: the question of skillfully distributing energy is a matter of life and death.
Well, we found out the reason for the appearance. Now let's look at the manifestations.
With this word we denote the following problem situations:
1) - the need to perform actions that do not lead to benefits 2) - the need to perform actions leading to a result in the future 3) - the need to perform actions for the sake of action 4) - the need to take actions for a goal that does not inspire 5) - general low energy tone 6) - apathy
Now the solution to each in turn:
1) - if you find yourself in such a situation, you need not fight with yourself, but change the conditions. Barely forcing yourself to go to university or to a hated job? Get self-education and do your own business.
2) - if you have a long-term goal, then you need to take into account one principle - everyday small actions. The wall is not built overnight - you lay the brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid, every day, and nothing else. For example, morning jogging: you get up 20 minutes earlier than usual and walk around the house for 2 weeks, after 2 weeks you increase the time to an hour, after 2 weeks you start running for 15 minutes. And do not break yourself over the knee, forcing you to immediately run marathons
3) is fanatical workaholism. Pull yourself up and ask the question: "Do I want to exercise to exercise or to be strong? Work to work or be financially independent?" Do exactly as much as is necessary for the sake of achieving a result and nothing more, if, of course, it does not give you pleasure.
4) - in this situation you find yourself when you follow the lead of others. If you are too lazy to swing the press, think: "Do I need it?" Maybe you are really good and live without him? And if you still need it, then refer to the above solution # 2.
5) - the general energy rises due to biological and mental energies. Look at what you eat and what information you use - if all you do is eat fast food or gorge on nuts at night, and your favorite films and songs are about inseparable love and endless suffering, then the result is absolutely obvious.
6) - a person is moping without a goal. The goal is an anticipated result, the movement towards which turns life into a holiday. Look for it only by this abstract sensation, in childhood you already knew the answer, but you forgot.
That which is necessary in life for a long time, hard and tediously works through routine and unpleasant actions - an imposed belief. Life is easy to adapt to your beliefs, so allow yourself the luxury of living without struggling with the world and the feeling of being idle.
All people love to create, express themselves, try for others. This is a normal condition. Do not just confuse it with the WORK. And the fact that we are all too lazy to WORK - to obey someone else's will - is very, very good.
